Turn Around Times
Please see below for our estimated print turnaround times. These times are our in house turnaround and do not include transportation time.
UV Coated Products
1000 Quantities have an extended lead time of approximately 5 business days.
5000 Quantities and up have a standard Turnaround time of 24-48 hours.
Our rush turnaround option guarantees that your job will print and ship from our facility within 24 hours. Please be sure to call 203.599.4545 prior to placing your order online. Customer Service is available 10 am until 10 pm, Monday through Friday and 10 am until 6pm on Saturday.
NON UV, Glossy and UV One side Products
Require extended lead time, Typically 5-7 business days. Please contact us prior to placing your order if time is an issue so that we may help you chose a product and delivery method that works best for you.
Posters, Catalogs, Brochures, Custom Jobs
Require bindery services and therefore require additional lead time, Typically 7-10 business days.. Please contact us prior to placing your order if time is an issue so that we may help you chose a product and delivery method that works best for you.
Design Time
Standard design time for business cards, flyers, postcards is approximately 5 business days. Brochures, Catalogs and other custom pieces require more design time and may take longer. Please also understand that this is a creative process and that revisions and changes may require more time and could require additional charges for design time. When submitting jobs for design please be sure that you have all of your information and images together and organized to help us streamline this process and get your job completed in a timely manor. Design time does not include Print Turnaround or Transportation of your product to you.
